Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will love our bedding! If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are refunded in the original method of payment. Please note that sales during our Annual Sale are not included in our return policy and are strictly non-refundable. At this time, we are unable to cover return shipping costs unless an incorrect item was delivered to you. The items can either be mailed back to us or returned in person to our warehouse in USA during business hours (9am – 6pm, Mondays to Fridays).

To initiate a return simply Email: service@sunvehome.com or write to us through the contact us form with the order number and reason of return.

Shipping

Free Standard Shipping to USA. We only ship within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.

Turnaround time: 2 business days; Delivery Date: normally 3-7 business days.

We ship our packages via UPS, Fedex, USPS.
